• Sweet Jazz & Wine Festival  Food Vendor Application

    Thanks for your interest in vending at the 2018 Sweet Jazz & Wine Festival. At the festival vending will run from Noon to 8pm. We expect approximately 500+ attendees.

    To apply, please type all information directly into this form. There is a $25 application fee for all vendors applying.

    The vendor application deadline is 3 weeks prior to the event date. Applications submitted after the deadline will be considered on a case by case and space dependent basis. Rolling notifications begin at 2 weeks prior to the event.

    Sweet Jazz Festival requires you to purchase/provide valid liability insurance policy with a $1,000,000 minimum coverage naming Sweet Jazz Festival LLC as an additional insured. {{Sweet Jazz Festival LLC, 4324 Golf View Drive, Chantilly, VA 20152}} Failure to provide a valid certificate of insurance by one month prior to the event date will result in the release of your booth. Specific COI information will be sent to each vendor if they are accepted.

    Vending hours are Noon to 8PM.

    Load-in takes place the morning of the event.  On the morning of the event all vendors must be fully loaded in with all support vehicles swept from site by 11am. Load out takes place the day of the event beginning at 8pm.

    The number of credentials assigned to your business will be derived from the 'Credential Request' field in this form. Please note that the info in this form is a request and is subject to our final approval. You will receive confirmation of the number of credentials issued at least one month in advance of the event.

    There is no on-site parking guaranteed for vendors. Please plan accordingly and have your staff carpool as needed.
